From day one, varied and challenging projects are awaiting you. As a Senior Consultant your job will be twofold, with clear internal and external tasks. You will be part of a dynamic project team in a start-up setting, focusing on the development of our US business in the beginning. As our business portfolio grows your focus will shift towards consulting for our external clients – along the entire energy value chain.
External Consulting Tasks
- Develop and implement strategies and business cases
- Present project results to management
- Facilitate workshops
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members
- Steer projects and work streams in alignment with clients
Internal Business Tasks
- Actively help grow US portfolio of business
- Foster the growth of our team in Boston
- Assist in all marketing initiatives
Undergraduate degree (required) Masters degree (preferred) in business administration, engineering, natural sciences or comparable focus
3-5 years professional experience working in a management or strategy consulting role
Project management and project leadership experience
Passion for the energy industry
Enjoy working in a small team and start-up fashion with significant growth aspirations
Outstanding analytical, written, verbal, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel (up to 60%)
Fluency in English
