The challenge of in-house consulting is on the one hand to move between the priorities of being able to integrate and seek consensus and on the other hand to implement good solution concepts for our customers. In an in-house consulting company, that special kind of sensitivity is in particular demand since the Group consulting business field operates within far smaller boundaries than the customer potential in an external consultancy.
I hold a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from the Charles University in Prague. Prior to joining innogy Consulting, I worked for several years in the corporate finance field where I gained valuable knowledge of financial processes as well as solid negotiation skills. I decided on in-house consulting because one of the challenging and intellectually stimulating environment with the huge variety of projects.

Joining the change practice was a personal challenge I wanted to experience, coming from a “classical” project management context focussed on facts, figures and economic optimisation. If the phone interview goes well, we will invite you to a one-day Assessment Center at our headquarters in Essen. This will give you the opportunity to present yourself through an interview, case studies and role plays. We would like to see you in different situations so that we can get a holistic picture of you over the course of the day. The situations reflect typical consultant tasks, issues and working methods.
